Non semplicissima da trovate Vasca pulita, ma non in ottime condizioni

We had an excellent stay in Colmar. The apartment is very well located, right in the heart of the city's historic and iconic district, which allowed us to explore everything with great convenience. Communication with the host was always prompt, friendly, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and worry-free. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, well-maintained, hygienic, organized, and tastefully decorated. It also offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were extremely pleased with our choice. We will definitely return on a future visit to Colmar and will not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to our family and friends. A five-star experience that made our trip even more special.

We have nothing negative to mention. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and our stay was enjoyable from start to finish.

The apartment contains absolutely everything you need for both a short and long stay, it is flawless and beautiful, perfectly located, in the very center of old Colmar, and the owner Mathias is the kindest host in the world.

Also ich kann das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis verbunden mit den überaus hohen Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Von der Badewanne ist die Farbe abgebröckelt. (leider vergessen zu fotografieren.) In der Küche war das Wasserbehältnis der kleinen Kaffeemaschine verschimmelt. Da kann man sich keinen Kaffee rauslassen, auch wenn ein paar Kaffeekapseln daneben liegen. Zucker war auch nicht vorhanden. Wenn man im Erdgeschoss vorbei kam, stand es immer nach Cannabis An den beiden Türen am Eingang stand, man solle sie richtig abschließen aber sie war nicht abgeschlossen. Auch von einer überaus guten Küchenausstattung würde ich nicht sprechen. Die Parksituation ist ungeschickt. Es gibt zwar einen Hof, aber dort darf man nicht parken und dass man am Ende seinen Müll selber rausbringen muss, finde ich auch seltsam. Bei einer Reinig Gebühr von 40 €, die fast so hoch ist wie der Übernachtungspreis.
