Marie and Jean-Michel are wonderful hosts. Our train was delayed and we were late arriving at Colmar; Marie and Jean- Michel collected us from the station, drove us to the apartment, booked a restaurant for us and then took us to the restaurant. After a long and tiring journey we were very grateful to them for their kindness. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The furnishings: delightful and the kitchen and bathroom :very modern and well appointed.

Collecting the keys was extremely easy. The owners were there to greet us on arrival, warmly welcomed us, and personally showed us around the apartment. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Nothing at all. Everything was perfect. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations about Colmar, including where to find shops, restaurants, and the main attractions. Their local knowledge was invaluable and helped us make the most of our stay.
