Centrally located, near to city center, parking is just 200 mtrs from the apartment
There was no elevator in the apartment, so it is bit difficult for a families with small kids.

The owner was very very very helpful with all the luggages!! He kept going up and down stairs to help with as many luggages as possible. Very nice guy! The location is very perfekt and the atmosphere of the apartment is very cute. The kitchen is fully equipped with very yummy coffee :)
Due to our big and heavy luggages and i have mid-50 year old mom and aunt with me, making our climbing up to 3rd story a little struggling.

Close to historical centre but in a busy road
Access to flat was by staircase with many very steep stairs, needing decoration and cleaning. Carpet on stairs fraying, potentially dangerous as could cause falls.
Air conditioning equipment not functioning properly. Sleeping was difficult as this top floor property was very hot, but as situated by a main road opening windows during night was noisy.
