Très bel appartement, bien équipé, belle déco, très propre, literie très confortable, climatisation dans séjour et chambre en duplex, emplacement parfait pour visiter Colmar à pied. Que dire de plus nous avons été très satisfait. Parking en sous-sol. Juste pour info l'appartement au 3eme étage ne possède pas d'ascenseur.

The location was just a short walk to the pedestrian zone and lots of different restaurants and shops. A grocery just below as well though never used it. The living space was very big and the bedrooms as well. The kitchen was well equipped though a new sponge was needed. The parking space and location was extremely convenient and secure.
If you don’t like climbing stairs do not stay here. It is on the top floor and is even an extra flight if you go to the garage. There is even a flight inside the apartment. The TV is only in French and be careful of the features as it is NOT blocked to “register” for certain services/ subscriptions via the tv/remote. The
