About this house rental
This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home (named Poinciana),whole house up to 10-12 people, heated pool located in a prime central location in Mid-island of Estero Blvd. Located in a lush tropical setting with a secluded pool/lanai. This home has been renovated from top to bottom and has a large open floor plan which boasts a fully renovated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. You're just a short three minute walk to the sugar sand beaches Fort Myers Beach is known for. Connecticut beach access number 22 is the closest. So close to the downtown area known as Times Square, you could easily walk or rent bikes at nearby bike rental facilities. View beautiful sunsets from the Fort Myers Beach pier. There is nothing more spectacular than the sunset at dusk. Take a nature walk at Matanzas Pass Preserve and go visit the Mound House Archaeological Park just a half block from the house.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Deko was very helpful and answered all questions I had. House was well equiped. All you need is groceries. Comfortable beds. Pool was really clean. Very short walk to the beach. We will for sure rent again.
