Upon entering the home, you are greeted by vaulted, 14-foot ceilings, oversized TV, and sectional that comfortably entertains 20+ people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including state-of-the-art appliances, to make a gourmet meal or just easy meals on the run. A large dining table seats 10, plus 4 bar stools are at the quartz island allows everyone to eat together. There’s a dedicated coffee bar and wine cooler adjacent to the kitchen and a second fridge on the lower level provides ample space for extra food storage, making it easy to cater to large groups or extended stays. The open living area has nesting sliding doors that lead out to over 700 SF of additional living space outdoors and an amazing pool area, complete with outdoor seating and an oversized outdoor flat screen tv to catch your favorite team or movie in the evenings by the pool.
Each bedroom in this residence is a private sanctuary, boasting its own en suite. The two primary suites feature double vanities and ample space for family conveniences such as pack-and-plays (not provided) and convertible twin beds for children (2 included). If your vacation requires balancing leisure with work, our home features a private office that doubles as a kids' playroom, equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
