About this house rental
Tropical Shores Manor consists of 4 units in one building with a huge private pool! Sleeping 22 people, this delightful, cozy, and comfortably property hosts up to 6 guests in three different units and up to 4 guests in one unit. All units have a great view of the private large heated pool and deck area in this canal-front 4-plex with boat dock. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided.
This excellent location puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your quiet hideaway in this tropical paradise!
Each unit is air conditioned, and equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The kitchenette complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, meal preparation necessities, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.
The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.
A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.
In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor adventures like fishing charters, snorkeling, jet skiing, and parasailing are all nearby, and with Southwest Florida International Airport just a short drive away, your tropical escape couldn't be easier.
Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs. and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

There were definitely a few snags when we arrived. Air conditioning in one of the units was broken and the pool was not clean. Maintenance was contacted and these things were handled quickly. The air conditioning was not operable for a couple of days but someone was there every day trying to fix it. It ended up needing some parts but these things happen beyond our control so we managed and got through the heat. Also, very large TV's are mounted to the walls but they are not mounted through a stud. One of the TV's ripped out of the wall in the middle of the night and shattered. Scared us to death but someone was there to change out TV's the next morning and set it up on a stand for me. Overall, the units are very nice, close to the beach, and the private pool is a definite plus. The family had a wonderful time and the kids enjoyed themselves all week. Would, for sure, rent there again!

The responses to any of our concerns was excellent. There was a leaky sink, a dryer that did not work, a closet rack that fell down, an oven door that could not be opened unless the knobs on cabinet were removed. It just needed someone to look it over to make sure it was ready for guests. Loved the location. About 2 block walk to the beach. Close to bridge to to get to airport or to get to fort Myers
