Just steps to the beach, this gorgeous 4/3 home is the perfect location for those that want to vacation, work, or simply live in the heart of the downtown district of Fort Myers Beach. Less than a three minute walk to the beach from your front door, guests can roll right out of bed onto the beach! Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility! This home features two separate living rooms, dining areas, two patios, a heated pool, and two fully equipped kitchens!
The Space:
Description of upstairs portion of the house: The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing.
Description of downstairs portion of the house: The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features a double and twin bunk bed. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.

Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Beaches, restaurants and stores are open and welcoming visitors. The house is big and confortable. The kitchen was well equiped. Was just to cross a street and you were already on the Beach.The beach is very nice ad clean.

This property was the perfect size & layout for our family of 12! Young adults downstairs and Mom & Dad and family of 5 upstairs, perfect. Very helpful having 2 kitchens and multiple bathrooms. There are a few minor repairs that need to be done but otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the condition of the pool area, it's not as clean as it looks in the pictures, but the kids loved it and that's what mattered most. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location. We were minutes to the beach and a small walk to bars and restaurants. The house was clean and our large group was able to cook dinner each night and eat around the large dining room table. The pool was very small but was clean and being heated was nice.
