Just steps to the beach, this gorgeous 4/3 home is the perfect location for those that want to vacation, work, or simply live in the heart of the downtown district of Fort Myers Beach. Less than a three minute walk to the beach from your front door, guests can roll right out of bed onto the beach! Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility! This home features two separate living rooms, dining areas, two patios, a heated pool, and two fully equipped kitchens!
The Space:
Description of upstairs portion of the house: The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing.
Description of downstairs portion of the house: The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features a double and twin bunk bed. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.

The property is spacious as described, well decorated and very close to the beach Of note, there is NOT interior stairs to go to upper or lower level - the stairs are outside Lots of beach towels and beach chairs , toys , crayons & games but no kitchen supplies whatsoever- not even salt & pepper or potholders! Plenty of dishes, 3 coffee potsOverall a very nice rental - pictures are accurate and we enjoyed our stay - & the kids loved the pool and all the seashells on the beach! We would stay again

Highly recommend this house. Everything was just as described, if anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even nicer in person. Communication was great. Check in was smooth. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is big and confortable. The kitchen was well equiped. Was just to cross a street and you were already on the Beach.The beach is very nice ad clean.

Warning! The communication has been awful with the host, which is a property management company. As soon as we arrived, there were three trash bins filled to the brim with the nastiest smell to greet us. This was on Saturday, which they claim the trash is picked up on Thursdays. We later discovered that in the basement apartment, there is black mold in the closet, a screechy noise that last for a while when flushing the toilet, pink mold on a clear shower curtain and that’s what my family members that were in the basement had multiple bug bites and we are not sure from what kind of bugs. In the upstairs unit, the icemaker did not work and I as the guest, had to deice it to have it in functioning form. The TV had to be reset as it did not even cut on. The sinks have lingering water, which takes a few minutes for it to actually go down the drain. I feel that there are plumbing issues that have not been addressed for a very long time. When I contacted the host, none of my actual concerns were addressed. Their response was simply, we can we send a maintenance person out there. I certainly did not want this to occur during our vacation stay and interrupt our time relaxing. Nor did I want a maintenance person sent in the home with all of our belongings in there when we were not there. I don’t think that’s a very professional way of handling concerns of a guest.The property was located close to the beach as described. I just was not anticipating all of the issues.
