Attention to detail

We had a fantastic stay in this nice and impeccably clean apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing water in the fridge, coffee capsules, a bottle of champagne, and an assortment of sweet snacks. The host's attention to detail and hospitality were exceptional, making our time here truly memorable. We highly recommend this place. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Awesome experience

The apartment is furnished with pieces of furniture specific to the beginning of the 20th century. How cool is that? We loved the vintage vibe. The apartment was clean, like 11 out of 10 type of clean. The hosts were so, so nice. We were welcomed with gifts (drinks, sweets, a Genovese meal that we had to cook for ourselves). They were extremely thoughtful. The hospitality was 20 out of 10. The apartment has everything you can think of: iron, iron table, washing detergent, games and books, pots, pans, salt, oil, shampoo, showergel, coffee pods. Literally everything one needs. The apartment is about 25-30 mins away from the center, by car and this to us was alright cuz we traveled there by car. The neighborhood is calm and safe i might say. You have a bakery there, coffee place, pizzerias and a lot of kids playing till very late at night. An awesome vibe. Also one of the hosts speaks perfect french. The apartment is: - 30 mins away from PORTOFINO - 1h something away from Cinque Terre -2h something away from The Leaning Tower of Pisa

There was no air conditioning! It was so far from center of the town ( no8 but more than 15 km) was very noisy, …. We are not satisfied!

Appartement spacieux, confortable et lumineux. Ligne de bus 13 devant l'immeuble qui rejoint le centre historique et le port.

Wundervolle Wohnung abseits des Trubels.

Vielen Dank für die freundliche Willkommensgeschenke. Wie schön ist es, wenn man nachts nach einer langen Fahrt ankommt und kühle Getränke vorfindet. Große und außergewöhnliche Wohnung, sehr sauber und gemütlich mit 2 Balkonen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine usw. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Lage am Rand von Genua, im Haus ein netter kleiner Lebensmitteladen, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich Bäcker, gute Pizzerien und Lebensmittelladen. Hinterm Haus befindet sich ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Ebenfalls vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle um komfortabel in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hier wie Einheimische zu leben.

Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht stark ab.

Gênes mérite la visite sur plusieurs jours.

Les bus 13 et 14 passent au bas de l’appartement et nous amènent au centre-ville. Idéal pour éviter les embarras liés à une circulation dense et à un stationnement compliqué dans Gênes. La propriétaire est joignable facilement et répond à toutes nos interrogations. L’appartement est bien équipé et il est à noter qu’il était très propre. Commerces à proximité.
