My go to place in Genova!

Appartment well furnished, clean. Feels really like home. Area is very quiet during afternoon with lot of shops and supermarkets. Hosts are extremely nice and available for any additional request. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment that takes directly to the city center. Will definitely stay there again.

Eccezionale

Breve soggiorno di un paio di notti con i miei figli in occasione di un evento sportivo. Tutto perfetto, l'appartamento si presenta in ottime condizioni, è al terzo piano provvisto di ascensore, con possibilità di parcheggio condominiale. Camere spaziose con letto matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale comodi, bagno ampio, cucina moderna con piano cottura a induzione e accessoriata di tutto punto. Sono presenti lavatrice, forno, e forno a microonde (che nel ns caso non abbiamo avuto la necessità di utilizzare). Una nota particolare è per i proprietari, davvero gentili e premurosi con la Sig.ra Angela che si è prodigata per non farci mancare nulla, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un grande grazie e arrivederci alla prossima occasione.

Casa accogliente

Casa Paolina Abbiamo soggiornato qui in occasione della visita all'acquario. L'appartamento è carino, arredato con mobilio classico e recentemente sottoposto a un'essenziale ristrutturazione. Buona la pulizia. Top l'accoglienza dei proprietari, gentili e super disponibili. Abbiamo avuto facilità di parcheggio e proprio sotto casa c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta al centro in circa 20/25 minuti.

Purtroppo siamo capitati forse nell'ondata di caldo più forte dell'estate e i soli ventilatori erano assolutamente insufficienti a rendere sopportabile l'afa notturna. Quindi se pianificate una permanenza in piena estate considerate questo aspetto.

L'appartamento è in una posizione tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi. Molto pulito e accogliente. Il letto è molto comodo. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio condominiale e disponibile.
