The property had a slight odor, likely because it had been closed for a while, so some air freshening could help. Another negative point for me was the entire check-in process, which was far too complicated and unacceptable for this type of rental. Through a different application, I had to upload the guest’s documentation — something I tried several times without success. On top of that, I had to send a €250 deposit before being allowed to enter the property. As a rental property owner myself on Booking, I find this process excessive, and I believe the property cannot justify such demands and complexity. I would also like mention the additional tax charge of €21.50 for four people, as this was not clear at the time of booking.
