Very clean and cozy location.

1. Newly renovated and very clean apartment 2. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need 3. Comfortable beds 4. Wi-fi that worked well 5. Surprise welcome package - a bottle of wine and foccacia genovese, plus 2 bottles of water in the fridge, coffee and sweets for breakfast 6. Good quality and nice smelling cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) 8. Private parking (be careful, it's narrow and if you have an SUV it's harder to turn the car around) 7. Opposite the apartment is a tavern with excellent food 8. The location is in the hill area, with lots of green space and clean air

1. The apartment is on the ground floor, very close to the street and you can hear the cars/motorcycles driving on the street - luckily it is not an area with heavy traffic and after 10pm there are no cars on the street 2. The garden is not really a garden with a paved terrace with a table and chairs where you can quietly drink a coffee 3. the road to the apartment is a typical Italian one - VERY narrow. So be careful if you have a larger car

El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, nos dejó en la nevera dos botellas de agua y una botella de vino y en el baño había champú, gel y acondicionador.

El apartamento no fue lo que esperábamos, en la página decían que tenían parking privado y no fue así, tuvimos que aparcar el coche bastante lejos del apartamento y subir con todo el equipaje por la cuesta hasta el apartamento, en la página no ponía cuánto cobraban de suplemento por llevar un perro y cuándo llegamos ahí nos dijo que 20€, le pregunté por sitios para cenar ya que había atasco e íbamos a llegar por la noche y su contestación fue muy seca diciendo que no que en el pueblo no había, pudiendo ser agradable e indicarnos algún sitio cerca para cenar después de un viaje tan largo. Faltaba limpieza, y en el sofá cama no había sábanas solo un edredón estirado y no parecían limpias ni esas ni las de la habitación, además la habitación olía mal. El apartamento tiene una terraza y mirando para arriba en el edificio de al lado estaba la propietaria mirándonos desde su ventana a ver qué hacíamos, me pareció realmente incómodo.

Waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht dort geschlafen Die Dame ist sehr Freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Vollwertige Küche, 2 Fernseher, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc. Auch bei der Frage ob man noch eine halbe Stunde länger später auschecken kann keinerlei Probleme gehabt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Appartement équipé et accueillant avec stationnement sécurisé à 30 min du centre de Gênes en bus

CE QUE NOUS AVONS PARTICULIÈREMENT AIME : - L'hôte et ses attentions : focaccia locale à notre arrivée et une bouteille de vin blanc offerte au frigo avec 2 grandes bouteilles d'eau. Assez de capsules de café et thé pour en avoir un par personne et par jour. Des brioches fourrées à la confiture également. De plus, tout était pensé pour notre confort : 3 serviettes par personnes, de la lessive et de l'adoucissant, du liquide vaisselle et des capsules de lave vaisselle, des grands flacons de gel douche, shampoing et conditionner dans la douche, des épices et huiles dans la cuisine. - La proximité de l'hôte et sa gentillesse : elle est venue 2 fois nous sauver dans les 5 min pendant notre séjour de 3 jours : une fois les plombs avaient sautés et elle nous a montré où les remettre + une fois nous nous étions enfermé dehors en claquant la porte avec les clés dans l'appartement. - la cour fermée juste à l'avant de l'appartement dans laquelle nous avons pu rentrer la voiture littéralement devant la porte d'entrée et avec une table extérieur et un espace pour étendre le linge. - l'arrêt de bus pour le centre ville littéralement devant la porte. Nous avons également apprécié la grande superficie de l'appartement, la grande chambre tout équipée avec un grand lit, de nombreux rangements et une tv; le salon avec la clim et 2 ventilateurs au plafond pour faire circuler l'air frais de la clim (d'ailleurs on peut faire varier l'intensité des lampes dans le salon ce qui est top pour crée des ambiances lumineuses). Il y a également un TV dans le salon avec un canapé très confortable qui sert de canapé lit et un lit d'appoint en plus. Je pense qu'on peut facilement héberger 4 adultes et un enfant dans ce logement sans que ce soit gênant (et cela rend alors le prix très attractif !!). La cuisine est tout équipée ainsi que la salle de douche avec même un lave linge et un lave vaisselle.

Sincèrement, il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons pas apprécié, mais il y a des petites remarques que nous pouvons faire car rien n'est jamais parfait. - On aurait voulu penser à apporter un cable HDMI pour brancher notre pc aux tv afin de regarder une série. On aurait pu demandé à l'hôte et je suis presque sure qu'elle serait venue nous en apporter un si elle pouvait mais nous l'avions déjà bien assez dérangé comme ça ^^ - l'appartement est un petit peu mal isolé d'un point de vue sonore donc on entend un peu les personnes marcher au-dessus mais c'est très léger et complètement tolérable. - c'est un peu difficile de rentrer la voiture dans la cour, mais ce n'est pas une obligation et ça permet de s'améliorer en manœuvre ! ENCORE DES POINTS POSITIFS : Les volets dans la chambre ferment parfaitement bien donc le noir complet pour la nuit est très appréciable et pour quitter le logement, on a simplement laissé les clés dans la cour donc le départ pouvait se faire en autonomie et j'ai senti une vraie flexibilité de l'hôte sur l'horaire de départ.

Casa, location e proprietari eccezionali!

È stato tutto meraviglioso. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata, non manca davvero nulla. La sua posizione è strategica, è vicino alla città di Genova e vicino a qualsiasi spiaggia libera o privata che si voglia raggiungere. Ovviamente in macchina, ma con pochissimo tempo. Anna e suo marito sono stati accoglienti non solo all'arrivo con focacce e abbevereggio fresco per noi, ma disponibili sempre per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Ovviamente consiglierei a tutti di affittare questa casa con i loro gentilissimi proprietari. Grazie Anna! Torneremo presto da voi! Manuela

Fantastica accoglienza , con focacce genovesi, vino e 2 bottiglie d acqua! L acqua non è così scontata in altri b&b in cui siamo stati, quindi abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Non mancava nulla! vi sentirete a casa 🏡 consigliato 🥰 Noi abbiamo optato questo alloggio per la possibilità di parcheggio privato
