I had an amazing experience, from the Hot Tub, kayaking, beautiful views. Just amazing.

Cabana do Mar went far beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully thought out. The space itself is stunning: cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful details that make it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The location is unbeatable — steps away from the beach, with breathtaking views that make you never want to leave. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every interaction with Vanessa and Dudu felt genuine and attentive, and it made the whole experience feel personal and special. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, natural beauty, and exceptional service, Cabana do Mar is it. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to relax!

The staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived at night, and they recommended places for food delivery. They even helped us place our order in Portuguese. They also let us use their kayaks and prepared the hot tub for us. The cabanas are super cozy with a wonderful view and the breakfast made us feel at home!

I would suggest having a little more shelves or storage in the bathroom and bedroom. There is no counter or space to put toiletries and fees clothes outside of the suitcase.

Amazing views just a few min from city center. Peaceful and relaxing and very easy to get to. The staff was super helpful and made sure to give us good tips for restaurants, shopping, and beaches... highly recommend!

Paradise

The views and location are incredible, even better than the photos. The cabin we had was very comfortable, modern and well equipped. It was easy to walk to the nearest beach, bar, restaurant when needed or Uber to Centro for boat tours (the walk there is also stunning). The staff were incredible, providing good communication, friendliness and helping us with anything we needed.

Amazing for a romantic stay! Super view!

The view from the room was incredible! The room was cosy and beautiful! Amazing location, especially for a couple! The owner was polite and flexible with our demands! Great guy! The possibility of taking boats directly from the property was amazing! The TV and the AC were great!

The breakfast was too simple. About the shower: It wasn't good, there was a plastic curtain, the walls were weird and the water was too hot or too cold, also the circuit breaker has tripped many times.

The view of the mountains and sounds of the ocean were absolutely magical!

Property owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the private location and how the doors and windows opened up to the view of the ocean and mountains. It was very convenient to wake up and take a dip in the ocean. The breakfast was delicious - the fruit was fresh and the bread was some of the best we've had during our travels in Brazil. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway!

Due to using Google translate for the message from the owner about directions to the property, it was challenging to understand the property was down a small cobblestone road from the main road after GPS navigation indicated we arrived at the destination while still on the main road. The message from the owner indicated the address number, but because it was on the side of the property, we only saw it after we turned around at the end of the cobblestone road.

Peaceful!

Beautiful, very natural cabana right next to the sea. It rained during the entirety of our stay but we did not even notice because we enjoyed the cabana and its surroundings so much. The host lives at the top of the property but respects the privacy of the cabana very well. Their communication is excellent and were always quick with responses when needed. Highly recommend for a quiet romantic getaway.

Espetacular!!

Minha esposa e eu amamos tanto a Cabana do Mar que não queríamos mais ir embora de lá. Começando pela recepção gentil e atenciosa dos anfitriões, Eduardo e Vanessa, sempre muito solícitos e nos fazendo se sentir em casa o tempo todo. Nos apresentaram o ambiente, a cabana que reservamos e deram várias dicas de passeios e lugares para conhecermos na região. E falando da cabana... o ambiente é simplesmente inacreditável de tão lindo e aconchegante, com vista direto para o mar e para as ilhas da região, inclusive, com acesso direto ao mar para se banhar e nadar, literalmente, no "pátio" do ambiente. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e com variadas opções de pães, frios, frutas, iogurtes, bolos, mas também conta com ovos mexidos, fritos e omeletes que são uma delícia, feitos pela Vanessa. A região é muita tranquila, perfeita para quem quer descansar, mas também possui várias opções de praias, muito próximas da Cabana do Mar (inclusive, para ir caminhando) e fica a menos de 10min (de carro) do centro da cidade, para quem busca mais agito e acesso à lojas, shopping e restaurantes. O Eduardo e a Vanessa possuem contatos para passeios de barcos e/ou lanchas às ilhas da região (na nossa opinião, são passeios obrigatórios, pois as praias das ilhas são inexplicáveis de tão lindas), com opções de praias mais badaladas e mais tranquilas. E os valores dos passeios valem muito a pena e saem muito mais em conta do que com agências da região. Tivemos o privilégio de conhecer dois casais incríveis que estavam hospedados no ambiente também e que tornaram a nossa passagem pelo local ainda melhor. Ou seja... foi tudo muito incrível e com toda a certeza, vamos voltar!!!

Pasamos 3 noches en Cabana do Mar en un viaje familiar con mi pareja y mi madre, y honestamente la experiencia fue inmejorable. Desde que llegamos sentimos que habíamos elegido el lugar correcto. Las cabañas son excelentes, muy cómodas, impecables y en un entorno realmente hermoso que invita a relajarse y disfrutar. El desayuno fue espectacular cada día, variado y preparado con mucho cariño. Queremos destacar especialmente a Eduardo y Vanessa, que estuvieron atentos en todo momento. Fueron increíblemente amables, serviciales y cálidos. Más que huéspedes, nos hicieron sentir como amigos de toda la vida; realmente nos sentimos en casa. Ese trato humano marca una diferencia enorme y hace que la estadía sea todavía más especial. Si están pensando en ir a Angra dos Reis, sinceramente no creo que haya un lugar mejor para quedarse. Nosotros nos fuimos profundamente agradecidos, con ganas de volver, y por supuesto con las puertas abiertas de Mendoza para cuando quieran visitarnos.

El lugar es hermoso, cabaña sobre el mar, con una vista maravillosa, también desde el desayunador. La posibilidad de tener kayaks, dos playas, muy cerquita para ir a pie . El desayuno súper completo con huevos. Los anfitriones Eduardo y Vanesa, un amor los dos , colaborándonos siempre para tener una estadía hermosa. Vanesa es maravillosa, fue hermoso conocerla y compartir estos días. Recomiendo mucho este lugar . 🩷

A vista deslumbrante do quarto é indescritível. Adormecer e acordar ao som do mar é único. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e preparado com muito carinho. Mas o que temos mesmo de destacar é a simpatia e serviço acolhedor da Vanessa - obrigada 😌 Boa localização 👍🏻 A Cabana do Mar fica numa rua muito pouco movimentada e segura. A poucos passos da Praia Grande, onde conseguimos ir facilmente até à Ilha da Jipóia. Só podemos recomendar, e esperamos voltar !

La cabaña es perfecto, el lugar lo es!!! Vanesa y Eduardo son personas maravillosas que hacen de tu estadía, un momento placentero, siempre están atentos a tus necesidades, son serviciales, atentos, realmente estuvimos muy cómodos. Tiene todo lo necesario para unos días de descanso, el lugar es maravilloso, sin dudas lo recomendamos y volveremos!

O alojamento é exatamente como mostra nas fotos. Foi um experiência muito engraçada, aconselho a quem gosta de natureza e simplicidade e consegue dormir com o som do mar. A Vanessa e o Eduardo, são muito simpáticos e deram-nos ótimas dicas.

Fantastische Lage direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln. Bei Einschlafen kann man das Meeresrauschen hören. Alle Zimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon mit Hängematte und Ausblick. Privat geführt und superfreundlicher Empfang. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit atemberaubendem Blick.

Preciosa pieza y hosts excepcionales

Vanessa es realmente una host espectacular. Muy amable, muy atenta, entusiasta, respetuosa y preocupada. Muy buen desayuno. Las vistas son muy bonitas, tanto desde la pieza, como desde el bistró. Pudimos usar kayaks sin costo adicional y recorrer las islas aledañas y playas. La cama de la pieza era extra grande y muy cómoda. Eduardo nos recomendó locales para pedir comida, se ofreció a gestionar compras y estaba atento a responder dudas a toda hora.

No nos quedó claro que había limitaciones de cocina para uso de los huéspedes. Al llegar nos enteramos que la pieza quedaba sobre el bistró, que si bien no era un problema, sí se escuchaban los ruidos en la mañana y tarde de los otros huéspedes que transitaban y desayunaban.

La amabilidad y dedicación de Vanessa (la propietaria) muy servicial y divertida. La amamos. La ubicación muy buena, el desayuno excelente así como la cabaña muy bonita.
