Estrutura do condomínio é bacana, piscina aquecida etc
Pegamos o flat com uma limpeza bem superficial Sofá sujo, com cheiro forte Roupas de cama do flat com cheiro de mofo Não tem pano de chão e rodo para limpeza Os 2 aparelhos Ar condicionado são antigos e fazem MUITO barulho, o que inviabiliza liga-los As duas TVs são bem antigas, não conectam na Internet e, uma delas está com o controle remoto quebrado A misteira está estragada, não funciona Custo benefício baixo, acho que vale uma boa gariba e atualização nos eletrônicos do flat.
