Upon arrival, we were unable to check - in and had to wait for 3 hours on the street (the weather was cold) because security guard of the building did not let us in saying that according to owner' instructions we have to pay deposit of 300 reals and bed sheet fee of 110 reals. Deposit and bed sheet fee was not indicated in booking conditions on Booking.com. We agree to pay this because we were tired and it was cold on the street. During our communication via WhatsApp owner told us that we can make this payment only by Pix or Paypol. We do not use PayPal and we are unfamiliar with Pix because we are guests from abroad. Finally we arranged this situation with the help of owner's neighbor, we gave him cash and after that we were allowed to enter the apartment. Owner said that deposit will be return to us during 24 hours after check out. When this time came owner said to us that everything is OK and he is ready to return us deposit but he will do this only by Pix or Paypal. We are foreigners, it was very hard for us to find a person from Brazil who use Pix and agree to receive payment for us but we did. We informed the owner that we found Brazil person who will help us and ready to receive payment but after that owner told that he will return us only 200 reals because we damaged socket in his apartment which is not true. We did not do anything wrong with facilities in the property. Its worth mentioning that we never saw owner in person.

Apartment itself is quite average. The only one advantage is good view from the balcony. Taking into account facilities and level of comfort in this apartment it hardly worth its price. Beach is dirty with lots of ships and boats

Flat bem localizado, confortável, organizado, limpo e ótima recepção por parte do anfitrião que manteve-se sempre disponível e solícito. A recepção no condomínio também foi excepcional. Para ficar mais que perfeito, deixo como sugestão disponibilizar roupas de cama e toalha como parte da estadia.

Maravilhosa

O flat é todo equipado com tudo que vc precise para fazer refeições, tem panela elétrica, fogão, microondas, forno com assadeira, misteira, geladeira filtro com água natural e gelada, utensílios, tem uma bancada para refeições e uma mesinha com duas cadeiras, uma sacada com uma vista maravilhosa, e a ducha é excelente, espaço muito bem organizado, o condomínio muito completo, com piscina, sauna e realmente pé na areia do próprio condomínio você acessa a praia! O anfitrião Ricardo muito atencioso, tirou todas minhas dúvidas e foi muito gentil durante minha hospedagem! Adoramos! Já estamos ansiosos pra marcar a próxima! Valeu mesmo Ricardo!

UM TERROR DE FINAL DE SEMANA

Só da vista do apartamento

Nao havia chave e tinha que pagar R$ 300 pra ter acesso à senha da porta, com a promessa de devolver ao sair, o que não aconteceu , sob alegação de que eu fumei centenas de cigarros dentro do banheiro, a maior mentira! E após ter sido enganado com os R$ 300, não tive como me defender. No banheiro a ducha higiênica estava com o gatilho quebrado e papel higiênico não fornecido. Já estava embutido no preço uma taxa de limpeza de R$ 290, porém anfitrião mandava que deixasse o apartamento limpo! Deveria ter sido um final de semana de lazer e relaxamento, mas acabou que foi um verdadeiro INFERNO! Além disso, é muito difícil achar o endereço, pois não há número da rua, muito menos alguma placa ou letreiro identificando o flat!

Hotel em localização perfeita! Funcionários educados e prestativos. O apartamento estava limpo e tem uma ótima vista da praia.

O anfitrião é muito sistemático. Pediu caução e fez uma série de exigências na hora do checkout. O custo também achei alto para o que ofereceu o apartamento. Tivemos que levar roupas de cama e itens de cozinha e banheiro, como papel higiênico, detergente e esponja. Tudo é muito caro dentro do hotel, a começar pelo café da manhã.
