Nothing positive except location on the beach and the reception staff.

The location of the property is very good, right on Praia Grande. The view from the room is excellent. It is also not far from Angra Centro, a 10-15 minute drive. Also, the reception staff of the property were very conscientious and courteous and very helpful.

We had to wait for about 30 minutes after we arrived to enter apt #1403 as the owner had not sent an email to give the approval to release the keys. Why this is even necessary I don't know. The condition of the apartment is horrendous. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning, the walls are dirty, the baseboards look like they have never been cleaned. The wooden floor tiles on the second floor are not glued securely, the edges and corners are peeling up. No closet for clothes, only a rack with 2 hangers. You have to pay extra for sheets and towels when you check-in, seriously! This was not stated anywhere in the listing before I booked. The listing photos show linens. There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot. The owner asked if we could go buy one and he would reimburse us!!! The electric kettle did not work. We heated water in the microwave to make instant coffee. There is no place to put the portable electric burners in the kitchen area, except on top of the microwave - making eggs at chest level. There are two small air conditioners, one on each floor, it took a full day running before they could cool down the apartment. Part of the problem is they are not installed well, not airtight, with gaps around them that let hot air enter from outside. The furniture is not comfortable at all. Stains on the dining room chairs, the back broken on one, sliding door broken, stains in the toilet. The restaurant on the property is unbelievably slow. We ordered moqueca one night for dinner and it arrived about an hour after we ordered and the hostess apologized and said there were 5 orders for burgers to be delivered ahead of our order??? We then cancelled the next time we ordered dinner after waiting about 45 minutes and ordered a pizza for delivery. The positive reviews for this apartment (#1403) make me question if they are real. There are many reviews 8 points and above with no comments.

Gostei da paisagem , e da quantidade de colchões . Suporte legal .

O apt não tem Wi-Fi disponível , falta utensílios de cozinha , muitos insetos a noite e os sofás e almofadas um pouco sujas ao pontos de dar uma coceira chata . A piscina não fica tão iluminada como na foto .
