Unbeatable location and excellent value for money. Good facilities, helpful staff.

Unbeatable location! Gorgeous gated block of flats with direct access to a gorgeous beach and beautiful forested hills to the back. Spacious and well-equipped flat. Parking space not a problem. The host kindly allowed for two cars to be parked at no extra cost (only one was included in the booking). Responsive host. Always available to get us sorted on minutiae.

Minor points: The flat lacked a mirror. No mirror whatsoever in there. The internet signal is weak and disrupted - but it so is in the whole area around (mountainous to one side, waterfront to the other), even on mobile phone. No lift available - remember to request a ground floor flat should you have mobility restrictions.

Excelente estadia frente a la playa

La ubicación es excelente con una vista increible. Cochera bajo techo, el apartamento es amplio y comodo para los 4. Rafael el anfitrion siempre atento a cualquier solicitud. El condominio tiene salida a la playa y tenes sillas y guardasol para poder usar. En la misma playa hay taxi-boat para llevarte a otras playa en las islas cercanas.

Hay que mejorar algunas cosas bien sencillas para ser mas que un 10. La estabilidad de las sillas del comedor y la mesa del comedor por ejemplo.

Paisagem e calmaria em um lugar só

A localização é muito boa, a estrada tem muitas curvas perigosas então é bom ir com atenção redobrada. A acomodação possui cadeiras o que facilita muito. A praia tem um restaurante excelente com moqueca maravilhosa e um preço melhor ainda! Vale muito a pena

Da falta de luz q ocorreu de sábado até domingo, e na hora de tomar banho o disjuntor não suporta o chuveiro ligado e desarma sai até fumaça , ficamos com medo de pegar fogo, conclusão tem q tomar banho frio, o forno elétrico tbm não aquecia , tentamos assar pão de queijo e não funcionou.

Conforto e descanso, com vista "pé na areia".

O zelador Samuel me atendeu super bem, tirou todas as dúvidas do apto. O local é de fácil acesso, o Apto tem roupa de cama, banho, papel higienico, sabonete e acessórios na cozinha. O condominio tem piscina, sauna e churrasqueira e ainda empresta cadeira, cooler e guarda sol para praia.

Não consegui ligar o cooktop para fazer o almoço, Sugiro não alugarem a churrasqueira do condominio com antecedência pois cobram R$ 130, e o valor pelo zelador é R$ 50,00, me senti roubada com o valor cobrado pela imobiliaria que faz o contato do apto, Isso é um absurdo e fora da realidade.

Muy poco equipado, casi no había utensilios de cocina, las toallas un desastre (creo que ni al perro seco con esas) la mesa para comer muy chica, las sillas incómodas .

Ainda não conheci um lugar melhor que esse.

Eu gostei de tudo, o condomínio e excelente, tudo muito limpo e organizado, a localização e ótima a praia e praticamente dentro do condomínio o que separa ela do condomínio e um portão. Um lugar muito tranquilo tem um restaurante do lado que a comida é maravilhosa. Restaurante do contorno. Com certeza irei voltar outra vez. A praia e linda, calma com um lindo mar azul e verde.

Apto super confortável, pé na areia, praia calma, emprestam caixa térmica, cadeiras e sombrinhas. Dam um pacote de gelo por dia . Tem piscina, sauna e área de churrasco . Um jardim lindo. Voltaremos com certeza
