Downtown Central Apartments

La struttura è centrale e comoda per girare il centro città. Ben tenuta e discretamente pulita. L'host è super disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Ogni stanza ha dei condizionatori che funzionano perfettamente.

Purtroppo trovandosi in centro il parcheggio è molto complicato, soprattutto se non si vuole usufruire dei parcheggi privati a pagamento. Il nostro appartamento affacciava su un muro e questo non mi è piaciuto molto.

Perfect location, everything just a 10 min walk away or less. Also had great air con.

Just the shower, the dual shower head didn’t really work and pressure wasn’t great. But this was a minor flaw, everything else was perfect for our stay.

Centralna, a mirna lokacija, moderno opremljen apartman, čist i funkcionalan prostor. Za transfer od aerodroma i glavne autobuske stanice, stanica na 2 minuta od apartmana. Dobra i brza komunikacija, odličan odnos sadržaja i cene.

Klaustofobična terasa koja gleda u zid susedne zgrade. Kada sedite nemate vazduha jer je okružena zidovima.

So hard to rate this experience. There's 2 apartments rented via booking.com in this building, A1 & A2, but we got checked-in to A3. A3 is not listed, and should not be listed as a holiday apartment, but could be ok for a 1 night city-trip. It's new inside, but not livable, no natural light (like none), walled in from all sides, and there's a very noisy engine just outside the bedroom (makes you jump day & night). I'm still confused the owner thought this could pass. The next morning we asked for a different room, and after spending 2 nights in A3 waiting for the owner to free up A1/A2, were given the room we actually booked and paid for (booking.com was not really responsive either). Having to negotiate your rights, and having to move during your holidays is really not nice, and is taking your scarce holiday time.

A1/A2 are VERY NICE apartments, VERY GOOD value for money. Modern, in a really good shape, fairly clean. Lovely balcony, lovely view to a typical narrow old-town street with local shops and locals running errands - unbeatable location. Heraklion is truly an amazing town. What I found a bit dishonest is that there was no mention on booking.com of the construction site next door, with huge machines blasting from 7am until approx.3pm. If it wasn't for the A3 scam, and if we at least knew about the construction site, we'd rate this experience 10. But we're rating it 6, as we'd definitely go back to A1/A2 - even with the construction site next door:) We really had a nice stay in Heraklion, and all in all we had a good time.
