Apartment, just completed (April 2019) in an apartment complex with 146 units to rent. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a lift.
In the complex there are two pool facilities, four paddle tennis courts and green areas with seating to linger and playgrounds.
The apartment for 5 people is located on the seafront with stunning views of the bay Almunecar.
The apartment has a modern furnished spacious living room with Led TV, leather furniture, dining table and access to the balcony.
The chic fitted kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher and also has access to the balcony with table for meals overlooking the sea.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed. In the third bedroom is a single bed.
One bathroom has a shower and toilet and the other has a bath and integrated shower and toilet.
The apartment has an underground parking space and a storage room.
A washing machine is available in the apartment.

El apartamento es muy bonito, espacioso y muy bien equipado a un precio creo justo. Tanto los papás como los niños lo hemos disfrutado. La terraza, igual le faltaría un poco de ancho pero para comidas y cenas esta perfecta y con buena exposición.
El aislamiento bastante bueno, sobretodo acústico. Todo cerrado y no se escuchan los ruidos exteriores.
La playa de Cabría que está a 300m es de mezcla arena y pistas negras hasta 1 metro después de entrar en el mar. Luego hay guijarros gordos y resbaladizos que si el mar está un poco agitado mejor no bañarse. Calzados ni recomendables .
Pero con mar tranquilo, para bucear está muy bien. Aguas claras, peces y ositos de mar. Lleve los niños sobre una colchoneta equipándoles de gafas y tubo y han alucinado!!!
En resumen recomiendo este apartamento a pesar de no disponer de muchos servicios alrededor (solamente chiringuitos de playa)
