About this villa rental
Wonderful Villa on the Costa Tropical, renovated in 2019, located 400 m from the beach, on foot in 5 min, in a quiet area with private pool and a beautiful garden of 500 m2 with barbecue, sun and shade areas to enjoy at any time of the day and with outside toilet. The house has on the ground floor, spacious and cozy living room with smart tv, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with all appliances and double bedroom, on the first floor three bedrooms. The urban center of Almuñécar is 5 minutes by car to walk through its pedestrian streets and sit on one of its terraces to taste the typical products. The city of Granada is 40 minutes away by car and you can visit the Alhambra, the most visited monument in Spain, and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada with more than 100 km of ski slopes. Malaga Airport is 79 km away.

Loved the house and the location to beach was nice. Having such a nice private pool was awesome too. Only one AC unit in the living room, but it cooled off the two bedrooms that we were using. The sunset paella at the chiringuito at the beach was a highlight of the trip.

I cannot fault this holiday rental. On arrival nacho and his family met us to explain the property; which was a lovely personal touch so that we could ask any questions. Did not feel business like at all which was lovely. Communication was 10 out of 10, property was exactly as advertised and really felt like a home, rather than a rental, the garden was soo beautiful with herbs and fruit and well looked after by the garden, any questions were answered within an hour and everyone was very friendly, area, beach and bars are great, all walkable and local food is amazing too! Bbq at the property worked perfectly and laid out very well so that everyone can socialise together, no complaints, no interruptions and a perfect stay! Would go again tomorrow and thank the hosts for being so lovely! Hope we left everything as they would like
