Rustic single-family house "Amanecer". 4 km from the centre of Almúñécar, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Patio, parking at the house. Shop 2 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop "Taramay (Ctra de Almería)" 1.6 km, park "Playa Cabria" 300 m. Tennis 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended.

El chalet esta bien ubicado, ibamos a la playa andando. Hay dos playas pequeñas, nos gusto mas las segunda hay que andar un poco mas, pero con esas vistas no cuesta nada. Aconsejamos llevar gafas de buceo para poder ver los peces, el agua es cristalina, nos encantó. Los dueños son muy agradables y la señora de la inmobiliaria también, nos aconsejaron sobre donde ir a comer. Lo peor son los mosquitos, no hay quien los mate, los dueños dejaron multiples insecticidas, pero fueron ineficaces.
