The idyllic village of Sala Comacina is located on the sun-drenched west bank of Lake Como, halfway between Como and Menaggio. Due to the sunny and sheltered location, the microclimate is particularly mild, so that palm and olive trees thrive splendidly.
The apartment is on the top floor of a new residential building with a lift, which was created according to the highest quality standards.
To reach the lift, you have to climb an external staircase with approx. 60 steps, which leads from the parking lot to the entrance.
The elevated position directly on the lake guarantees a wonderful view.
The apartment is fully furnished. It has two bedrooms: an elegantly furnished double bedroom and a smaller room with a single bed; wardrobes are also available.
The apartment also includes a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, and a 20 m2 terrace where you have the impression of being on a boat on the lake.
The bathroom has a bath / shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Behind the apartment there is a small garden with a gas grill.
The parking lot is in front of the house and is marked with number 10 on the street side. The bus stop for Como and Tremezzo is located at the same location.
