Everything! The staff are amazing. They couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The cabin is spacious and has everything you need. I really enjoyed my short stay and would recommend it highly.
No WiFi in the cabin but no big deal as there was WiFi at the restaurant.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean. Staff wonderful.. We had covered parking. There was an excellent restaurant within walking distance.
There was nothing that stands out as not liking.

Very nice family that runs this place. We were eagerly on the hunt for the quetzal and due to the good instructions from the staff we found it! Know that this means to wake up as early as 5am. Many hummingbirds and butterflies around. The location within the valley is very good cause it's approx in the middle of all important spotting places as well as things to do.
It got very cold, around freezing point which was a thing for us cause we were travelling with a 5 months old Baby. So u wanna wrap up.

The location Is very beautiful. At 2300 metres High, in the Mountain of Cherro de la muerte. The Little houses are located on a Little Hill in a beautiful garden surrounded by plants, flowers and trees
There wasn't clear comunication with the staff because they only speak costarican spanish. But they are very gentle. The wifi and the TV di not work in the room (but we did not Need a TV, so It doesnt matter).
