About this house rental
Mountain retreat in a cold, mountainous area, located in Jaular de Pérez Zeledón, on the Cerro de la Muerte highway (Costa Rica)
Excellent location with views of the mountains, valleys, sunsets, and clear skies—perfect for stargazing, we offer transportation if needed
Accommodations
Fully equipped mountain house, featuring:
-2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and closet, another bedroom with a bunk bed and closet, and a mattress on the floor
-Kitchen with: microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, utensils, pots, blender, coffee maker, and coffee dripper.
-Open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a stove
-1 spacious bathroom; the house has hot water, perfect for 6 people, but reservations for more guests are allowed upon prior arrangement with the owner.
-Pet-friendly home
- For an additional fee, we offer transportation to the accommodation.
Why don’t we have a TV in our cabins?
Because when we envisioned the mountain cabin project, we wanted to offer our guests a retreat for total disconnection and reconnection with nature.
Our concept is an essential retreat in a rustic and cozy cabin, nestled deep in the mountains, designed to offer an authentic experience of tranquility—no TV, no distractions, although we do have Wi-Fi— but with the idea that you’ll enjoy the sound of the wind in the trees, the crackling of the fire, and the singing of the birds. An ideal place for those seeking to escape the fast pace of modern life and rediscover the pleasure of simplicity: reading a book by the fireplace, walking along trails, gazing at the stars from the deck, enjoying the sunrise, or letting yourself be enveloped by the colors of the sunset.
