The owner was so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of interesting information on the history of the area.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit juice.
The rooms were comfortable and clean.
The showers could have been slightly stronger.

We had a lovely stay at Shirin1892 in Nuwara Eliya. The house has a wonderful old charm dating back to 1892 and although the rooms are old, they were clean and comfortable. Our host Asela was incredibly kind and welcoming and we really enjoyed the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast served every morning!

This place is totally fine for one night stop over stay. You have a big room with an en suite and the staff were very friendly and eager to please.
The property is in desperate need of some renovation particularly the bathroom which had a lot of damp
