I Love this place . Very calm and comfortable for staying. Itā€™s was a hidden gem in Nuwara Eliya.i was doubt reviews before I was staying.now am happy now. My friends also happy. Beautiful setting up on the hill . Lovely big house and super comfortable beds . Indika is a warm friendly host who was a pleasure to be around .
I soooo wanted to love this place as for the price it was our ā€˜treatā€™ stay . There is no insulation at all in the house so it is freezing cold ( our stay was Feb) which heaters and a fire couldnā€™t remedy and noisy if anyone is coming and going . Thereā€™s only a kitchen bench to sit and watch tv . After a hard days hike we just ended up all 4 of us in one bed watching our laptop . Some money spent on insulation would fix the temperature noise issues. If it was 100$ a night I would have just dealt with it !

Breakfast tasty. Beautiful view and gardens. Very nice and helpful care taker
Access to second room via ladder - not stairs. Not very clean- upstairs shower moldy and smells, stained bed linen, multiple flying insects including flies inside.
