The location is perfect and very convenient. The room and bathroom were spacious, and parking was available. The Dialog 4G Wi-Fi was okay, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The caretakers, Mr. Deva and Mr. Budda Daasa, were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A Keells supermarket, a fuel station, and a P&S outlet are all within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient.

My wife and I booked a ground-floor apartment. Although it is advertised as an apartment, there were almost no cooking facilities provided-not even a knife, and only a toaster was available. The microwave oven and refrigerator in our apartment were broken and unusable, while the upper-floor apartments had working ones. When I contacted the manager, he initially asked for an extra LKR 2,000 to move us upstairs; eventually, I agreed to pay an additional LKR 1,000. There were also not enough bath mats, with only two provided, and they were not in good condition. Additionally, there was no shower curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet after every shower.

Good location, privacy, friendly staff, worth for money. Mostly, the place is spacious and cosy. Bathroom is nice. Superb for a family or a couple.

A spacious small apartment unit featuring a bedroom, bathroom, dining area, and a small kitchen equipped with a sofa, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, water heaters, oven, plates, glasses, spoons and toaster. You may see outside with the balcony.

The staff's hygiene could be improved. Only soap and hand wash were provided-no shampoo, conditioner, or other toiletries. The pillows, towels, and bed sheets felt less hygienic, and some pillow covers were discolored and had patches. No tea or coffee bags were available in the room for instant use. Their website advertises free breakfast, but in reality, only one item is provided free of charge, which is misleading when compared to the photos shown online. Other food items and tea are charged separately. The TV channels are also disappointing, as there are no English or Sinhala channels available-only Tamil and South Indian movie channels can be viewed.
