Coastal Dream with heated pool

Location, waves just beneath the terrace.

Cleanness, very average (if not poor) interior.

Location is great, right on the sea. Stunning view and the sea is a gorgeous colour. Place was absolutely spotless, pool was clean and heated and we used it several times. Rooms were lovely. The downstairs room by the pool is slightly musty but aired out OK and is quite big. Beware of the wind, and waves, very light sleepers wouldnt enjoy it but we were fine with it. The stronger winds on the east side also mean a lack of bugs, I thinks we saw maybe only 2 mosquitos in total across the week, both were terminated with extreme prejudice. The one bathroom we had was great, good size, nice shower. Well away from tourist areas, in its own little rocky outcrop block of maybe 50 houses (have a look on google maps). The block itself looks a little run down as you drive through but thats of no matter really. The people were fine and the villa itself is lovely. Costa Adeje is less than 30min drive, theres a Carrefour 18 mins away, the TF1 motorway is right next to the block so you leave the villa and you're away to anywhere on the island easily. Loro Park zoo, 50 mins, Mount Teide was 1hr 15m and the roads to get there were STUNNING. We were out every day, then back for a shower/change and out for dinner, plenty of choices in a reasonable distance. The hosts left some drinks in the fridge for us, they were most welcome, thank you. We left some kitchen roll, tea & coffee for the next guests. If I go back to Tenerife I would stay here again. Top tip, when the wind is strong it makes a haunting moan noise around the front of the house, if you block the bottom of the front door off with one of the throws and open the left side kitchen sliding window (but leave the metal shutter down) it stops the noise completely :)

Lower bathroom out of service, very inconvenient for the guest in the lower room to have to come up the stairs to use the bathroom in the main upper floor. We were not prewarned about this. WiFi was absolutely rubbish, slow and disconnected after a few mins regardless of which device. Needs a serious upgrade. Luckily our data packages covered us for the duration. I tried rebooting it but no improvement. Complained to the booking agent but was not resolved. Didnt spoil the stay though. You can't access the sea from the back of the property - well - you can but you need to be a mountain goat. Also you'd get pummelled on the rocks. You can access the sea around the corner on the jetty in the pictures but note this is public access and gets busy at weekends with locals (not that thats a problem but its kinda portrayed in the images as part of the villa).

So far the best place we stayed in Tenerife. It is very convenient to be directly on the motorway. Makes it best for the trips. The house is fully furbished like if at home, superb for families with kids also considering many bedrooms on both floors. The pool was super clean and again perfect for a kid with easy access and nice temperature. Everything was clean and maintained. Staying here within the heath wave the private garage was a great bonus keeping the car cold before leaving for trips. Also directly next to the house are natural swimming pools so it is easy to swim in the sea. Big thumbs up to the renting people/company being helpful and always there to help saving us with generous late checkout. Thanks a lot for all!

It's a very nice house. Amazing view and very quiet! Very good place for a relaxing holiday. We were very pleased! It looks just like in pictures.
