Exquisite rural house with garden, pool and sea views

The villa is huge - so much space to enjoy and for little ones to run around in. With the pool area, bar facilities and dining areas you could easily stay here for a week without ever needing to leave!

I suppose the location might bother some - it wasn’t an issue for us as we were aware it was quite rural but a small town with everything you need is a ten minute walk or five minute drive away

We spent two incredible days at this property and honestly wished we could have stayed longer! The place is a dream — two beautiful villas, each spotless and stylishly decorated, with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor spaces are just stunning: multiple terraces with breathtaking views, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets with a glass of wine. The pool area felt like our own private paradise — clean, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. We loved the bar and barbecue area too; it made for such a fun and relaxing evening grilling and chatting under the stars. Everything was so thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment, and the host was fantastic — warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. If you’re looking for a place in Tenerife that combines luxury, privacy, and unforgettable views, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back! 🌴🌞

This is our second time at this property as it is perfect for two families. It's a huge property with two villas so it's great to have your own space, plus a stunning pool and your own sports bar too! Each night we used the huge new bbq and enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the hills towards the sea views. We loved how peaceful it is around the villas yet we were still able to access south and north Tenerife with ease via the T1. We enjoyed lunches in La Caleta next to Playa Del Duque and visited Masca on the west side as well as a Garachico. Lovely towns but nice to return to the villas tranquil setting to relax by the pool. Our boys loved the heated pool, table tennis, dart board and the putting green. It was literally like having our own resort. There's plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. Each morning I enjoyed a walk up the hill to the small supermarket for baguettes. There is also a great supermarket at the bottom of the hill too. A really special property - we had great fun there with our friends and could relax in our own space too.

Extrem viel Platz (innen und außen; unendlich viele große Terrassen, Minigolf-/Putting-Platz, Spielplatz usw), auch mit 10 Personen keinerlei Enge (anders aufgeteilt könnten noch deutlich mehr hier wohnen), großer beheizter Pool (wenn die Elektrik läuft, s.u.), große Küche mit guter Ausstattung (manches nicht mehr ganz neu, aber ok; viel Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien etc.; Schneidebretter übrigens Mangelware), insg. 4 Kühlschränke, große Flachbild-Smart-TV´s, große Grillarea und Außenessplatz mit super gemauertem Holzgrill mit verstellbarem Rost sowie großer Gasgrill. Der ist allerdings schon recht mitgenommen und sicherheitstechnisch fraglich - gelegentlich Gasaustritt trotz ausgeschalteter Flamme - Haupthahn immer gleich zudrehen!. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und Hauspflegern geht schnell und gut (wenn das WLAN geht - mobile Daten/Netz dort so gut wie nix), auf Probleme wird schnell reagiert (wenn auch nicht immer eine Lösung folgt). Übergabe unkompliziert (hätte im nachhinein etwas detaillierter sein können...). Anreise ab Flughafen nur mit Auto sinnvoll möglich (Süd 20min, Nord 40min). Zufahrtsstraße sehr schmal, aber ausreichend.

In der Woche vor unserem Aufenthalt war es wohl sehr stürmisch und regnerisch. Dadurch gab es im Haus einige technische Probleme insbesondere bei der Elektrik: anfangs stieg das WLAN oft aus, weil die abenteuerliche Verkabelung und Stromversorgung der IT ein gewisses Eigenleben hatte - haben wir dann selber mit einem Verlängerungskabel gelöst. Dann gab es Probleme mit der Stromversorgung der Pool-Pumpe inkl. Heizung, so dass anfangs das Wasser eher kühl war. Die erste Reparatur hielt 24h und resultierte in einer überlasteten Steckdose und Schukostecker (angebräunt) sowie im ständigen Ausfall der Spülmaschine, weil durch die Poolpumpe zu viel Leistung vom Haus abgezogen wurde. Wir haben dann die Duschboiler ausgemacht, wenn die Spülmaschine lief, dann ging es. Die zweite Reparatur hielt 3 Tage und führte dann zu einem fetten Kabelbrand im Poolhäuschen, den wir zum Glück gleich bemerkten, weil wir gerade dort frühstückten und gleich löschen konnten. Wäre sonst wohl eine Katastrophe geworden. Die Sicherungen blieben dabei übrigens drin... Die dritte Reparatur (nun erstmals von einem Elektriker) behob dann das Grundproblem dauerhaft, und die Spülmaschine lief dann auch wieder meistens durch. Wenn man sich die gesamte Hausinstallation anschaut, entspricht das würde ich mal sagen in keiner Weise EU-Standard... Die Lage an der Ostküste ist v.a. wegen des andauernden NO-Windes nur bei sommerlichen Temperaturen gut; bei uns waren es ca. 22°, mit dem andauernden starken Wind für draußen oft zu kalt. Ist übrigens genau der Abschnitt, wo Teneriffas Windpark steht... haben wir nicht bedacht. Und für Ausflüge zu den üblichen Hotspots muss man muss doch immer länger Autofahren. An sich gibt es unten im Ort einen sehr schönen Strand, aber windbedingt auch hier oft nicht angenehm und zu krasse Wellen. Zum Einkaufen für kleinere Einkäufe ist es dort ok, die großen Supermärkte sind etwas weiter zu fahren und wesentlich billiger. Es gibt übrigens keine Sonnenschirme am Haus.
