About this villa rental
An exclusive villa located in the quiet and sunny town of Candelaria. Designed as a sustainable space (clean and renewable energy) that facilitates the integration of daily life and remote work. Fiber-optic internet, a pool (10.8 m x 2.4 m) heated to 28 °C, private parking, and magnificent views of the ocean and the mountains of the Güímar Valley. Located a 5-minute walk from black volcanic sand beaches, dining options, and amenities, and just a 15-minute drive from the SC-Laguna metropolitan area.
It offers accommodations for up to 8 people in 4 suites, all with their own private bathroom, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, and a safe. The master suite is available for bookings of up to 2 people, and an additional suite is provided for each 1 or 2 people added to the booking, up to the aforementioned maximum of 8 people and 4 suites.
It is equipped with symmetrical fiber-optic internet with coverage throughout the entire property, including the outdoor areas, Movistar 5G, various indoor and outdoor work and leisure spaces, a heated saltwater pool with an outdoor hot-water shower, parking for 2 vehicles, and a solar energy system for domestic hot water with a pressure pump.

We wanted a villa away from the bustle of the south of the island and a chance to see more of how life actually is in Tenerife. The Draco villa delivered exactly this. The location was excellent with supermarkets and many great restaurants within easy walking distance. The high quality roads made exploring the island really easy. We had a car and there is gated parking for 2 cars (and an electric charging port) and it was perfect for us. We had a couple of niggles (like a tripped fuse) and they were sorted out without fuss and very quickly. We had a great time.

The villa was well equipped and we loved the design and the swimming pool was superb.However we were disappointed as we identified several items that required repairing, we stayed for five weeks at the villa and was advised there would be additional costs for cleaning and bed linen changes which we have never paid for at previous villas because if visitors stayed for one week this would be done before the next guests arrived
