Villa El Olivo - first line with direct access to the beach

We spent a wonderful holiday in this very spacious villa, which was perfectly comfortable for two large families. The beds were cozy, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge advantage. Outside, there is a small utility room with a washing machine, and plenty of clotheslines nearby for drying laundry. Inside, the villa offers a large living room, a generous separate dining room, and a big, well‑equipped kitchen. There were plenty of towels, lots of storage space, books to read, and even a small welcome snack waiting for us. You can use a private lift to get from the living area to the bedrooms. The absolute highlight of this property is the stunning terrace. It has outdoor seating, sun loungers, several charming corners to relax in, a barbecue, and a private gate leading directly onto the promenade. This feature alone is priceless — truly exceptional and something we appreciated every single day. There also is a roof terrace where you can enjoy sea views, practice yoga etc. The main entrance to the house is on the third floor, where you access the street and where there are two parking spaces directly on the property (with smaller cars, you could probably fit three). Poris de Abona is an authentic small town with a few shops, cafés/bistros, a pharmacy, and a little local market. If you’re looking for a calm, genuinely Canarian atmosphere, this is exactly the place for you. It offers an incredible sense of peace, no crowds of tourists, and at the same time it’s close to the airport and within easy reach of the main tourist spots. Pablo was an amazing host. Very communicative, helpful, and full of practical tips. He assisted us with our arrival to make everything smooth, and he responded promptly about everything. Even when we shared some notes about the cleaning, he was very responsive, passing the feedback on to the cleaning company.

The only downside was the cleanliness. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the bedroom floors, which isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with someone who has asthma. Some of the bathrooms were cleaned only superficially — the toilets were fine, but the shower areas needed descaling, one of the sinks still had shaving hair residue etc. Given the villa’s very high ratings, this was likely a one‑off oversight, and I believe the cleaning company will address it after our feedback. Pablo and his beautiful house truly deserve the best service, because this is a fantastic place for a holiday and Pablo is a very caring host. Thank you for everything, Pablo!

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Meer. Der Supermarkt 100 Meter entfernt. Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz, die Aussicht großartig. Die Küche gut eingerichtet. Eigener Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Alles wie beschrieben, wir kommen wieder, gracias!

Emplacement idéal pour naviguer sur l'île sans être dans la cohue touristique. Accès direct à la mer, très belle vue sur la baie et le sémaphore.
