Beautiful Tbilisi on Meskhishvili Turn

Picking up the key was very easy. The accommodation itself is nice and clean. The bed is very comfy. The hair dryer, washing machine, etc. were working and were of good quality. There are just two saucepans and two frying pans, so consider this if you want to cook there (local ingredients push you to cook from scratch, so even making a salad can be a struggle, but I realise that not everyone cooks on their holidays because of their diet). The TV has YouTube and Netflix, so you can play something (if it is your thing). A bakery, shop, bus stop, and metro station are nearby, so staying there is very comfortable. Near the metro station and the Church, there are many cafés and shops, so you can buy almost anything you need. Prices around there are also nice (in the city centre it's overpriced, so if you are a budget traveller, you will like it).

Every single Bolt wants to turn into the dead-end street before the right one, so be aware of the ride, especially for the first time. Several items in the flat are hanging by a thread and could break at any moment (toilet paper holder, balcony door handle, etc.). Doors are thin, so you can hear everyone in the building entering and leaving. You will hear bells from the church (at midnight) and singing during the day, so light sleepers probably won't like it. The location is safe, but across the street is a house of locals who are constantly sitting in front of the house and looking into your windows. But if you don't mind using the curtains and you are not offended by a grandpa without a T-shirt 70 % of the time, you'll be okay. It is not something the owner can affect, but for some people, it might change their opinion about choosing the first floor where we were. If you travel for sightseeing, please consider that only the Holy Trinity Church is nearby; for anything else, you will have to travel to the other side of the river. It is only 20 minutes walking down the hill, or you can use public transport (Avlabari Square, which is 5 minutes away, has many lines for 1 lari to 90 minutes, and Bolt is REALLY cheap, like 5-10 laris), so for us it wasn't that much of a problem, but you waste your time every day by travelling.

Appartement très propre, confortable et bien situé. Albert est un hôte exceptionnel : très réactif, toujours prêt à aider et plein de bonnes recommandations. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le transfert depuis la gare, la flexibilité pour le check-out et l'attention portée à mon séjour. Je me suis senti comme à la maison et j'ai passé un excellent séjour à Tbilissi.

Rien à signaler. Tout s'est très bien passé pendant mon séjour.

East self check in process. Compared to other properties in the area for it's price range it is esthetically pleasing, like it's name suggests. Had available parking within the building. At least when we were there.

False advertising! The property is listed as having two separate single beds and one couch bed. In reality there is only one bed that sleeps two. More like a bed and a half size wise. The width of the room is extremely narrow so if you want to use the couch bed it means you can't really move past it to the rest of the apartment. You are locked in. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It sinks in with a incline. The stove took forever to heat up and was very weak heat. Took forever to cook food. Hard to tell for sure but we felt like it is located in a shady neighborhood.
