Guest house in avlabari

The apartment itself looks good, the bathroom not so much. Communication with the owner was quite easy, even though she didn´t speak English. The location is good, near the metro station, there is a small supermarket a few metres away, and you can find eating options in the surroundings too.

Somebody wrote before that the building is in a very bad state and looks dangerous, and that there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom, and both are true. The bathroom is located on a balcony which is basically "hanging in the air", almost falling down, and the whole house is leaning. Small ants where everywhere in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen had no pots and pans at all, so the stove top is useless. And half of the things in the description is false - no living room, no balcony, no oven, no reception, no English speaking staff and even hairdryer was missing.

Было чисто и уютно, очень тепло, есть кофе машина и стиральная машина с функцией сушки.Очень милая хозяйка, готова всегда помочь.

Когда холодно, то в туалете это чувствуется сильно

Замечательная хозяйка, всегда была на связи и помогала по всем вопросам. Разрешила пораньше засклиться и потом оставить сумки у нее. Квартира чистая, уютная, теплая, со всей необходимой утварью. Всё для хорошего отдыха! Район спокойный, рядом много магазинов, есть метро. Рекомендую.

The bed mattress is worn out and uncomfortable (you feel the metal springs pressing against your body) so I slept on the carpet on the floor. AC blows directly at bed so bring very warm clothes if you intend to sleep on the bed.
