Highly recommend. Great location, attentive and friendly host, good price and studio in good condition. Highly recommend.

На кухне есть просто ВСЁ, что угодно. Кровать нормальная, с нормальным бельём. Есть большая кружка для чая (букинги часто грешат наличием только 200мл напёрстков). Кухня меня поразила, там есть даже аэрогриль! Можно спокойно себе готовить. Посуды тоже хватает. Хорошее давление воды в душе, нет проблем с горячей водой, котёл хорошо настроен. Куча котов во дворе по дороге к гостинице! У хозяев можно купить домашнее вино. Мы не пьём, поэтому не пробовали. Очень уютный балкон. Есть индивидуальный кондиционер.

Полотенце в пятнах (отбеливателя, к счастью). Невероятно старая подушка с комками (но я нашла другую в шкафу). Вечером приходили муравьи воровать крошки из раковины. К счастью, у меня вся еда в герметичных пакетах zip-lock. Недостатки старого города: В душе на шторке плесень, поскольку нельзя сделать нормальную вентиляцию, приходится открывать окно в ванной, чтобы проветрить. Очень мало звукоизоляции, слышно всё, что на улице и в доме напротив. Но тут так везде, старый фонд защищается государством и отремонтировать жильё почти невозможно. Плюс Тбилиси очень шумный город. Я всё равно ещё приеду, для меня это не важные недостатки, но написать о них считаю нужным.

Отличная маленькая студия в самом центре за небольшие деньги. Кровати удобные, душ хороший, есть кухня с плитой и холодильником.

Найти не очень просто, если нет связи и интернета (мы еще не купили симку на момент заселения).

Iza's place looks a lot better than on the photos. There is also a lovely balcony with table and desk which is not shown on the photos. You find everything in Iza's apt b/c it is factually a sophisticated home for normal living. And Iza is generous enough to have armed her apt to the teeth for her guests’ comfortable living. From the balcony, you can see a dog on the opposite balcony as well as cats on the street. You can also hear Iza chat with her neighbours/best friends sometimes. it's a very intimate, cozy, and safe old neighbourhood which has gifted us with such a genuine experience of the local's life in TBS. We really loved staying with Iza’s family! It’s quite unbelievable that the apt is located right behind the state palace of ceremonies (60m bird view distance), and the neighbourhood’s shabbiness forms a very interesting contrast with the golden-looking palace (Caution: the apt is NOT shabby but in very good modern condition). In the middle of the apt house and the palace is a public drinking fountain, which provides the most delicious water of Tbilisi for my taste. For shopping, a small bazaar and 2 bakeries are just 200m away. It's hard to find a host more receptive, warm and thoughtful than Iza. It’s the first time I was received with a small and cute reception ceremony outside 5-star hotel, And she even shared home-made food with us. It's been a true pleasure to stay with Iza and her family in her lovely authentic neighbourhood. Thank you Iza and Nika!

The dog barks sometimes. If you are not sound-sensitive, it’s manageable, otherwise it can be a bit disturbing at times.
