Its cozy and you get good value for money. Nice for 1-2 day stay
Location is central but the apartment is located in a unpleasent/rough and dirty neighborhood. The neighbors have a direct view inside which is quite uncomfortable.

Очень классное расположение, на тихой улочке с отдельным входом, но при этом совсем рядом станция метро Авлабари, Хинкали хаус и круглосуточный магазин. Достаточно чисто, нормальный интернет, оборудованная кухня, приятный ремонт. Классное место, в целом, я бы поставила 10 баллов, если бы не несколько очень значительных моментов..
Матрас, к сожалению, очень неудобный, прям очень, его надо менять однозначно, так как сон - это основная цель пребывания в гостиницах. После нескольких ночей на этом матрасе у меня заболела спина, у мужа - шея. Недостаточно места для размещения вещей. Если нет возможности разместить шкаф, то хотя бы необходимо добавить больше вешалок на рейл. И ещё пожелание - гладильная доска. Я надеюсь, что хозяева прислушаются, исправят недочеты и тогда это будет 10 из 10.
