Great value

Location was great for us, we had a car and were travelling into the mountains every day using this as a base. We also travelled with our dog and he loved it there. Would stay again.

The only thing that would have been excellent would be to have a washing machine, but it wasn't a huge issue.

The apartment was new and recently renovated. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking Outdoor space with view to the mountains and plenty of apples all around Nice small town in the Dolomites

It would have been nice to have some basic kitchen stuff like salt and pepper, olive oil and some big towels for bathroom.

Wunderschöner ruhiger Platz zum Erholen und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Die Lage ist sehr schön, inmitten der Apfelplantagen, dicht an der Autobahn, alle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind super zu erreichen.

Casa nuova e ben ristrutturata ma gestita male

La casa è molto nuova e ben tenuta.

Nell’annuncio c’era scritto che è presente l’aria condizionata ma in realtà viene controllata e spenta arbitrariamente dalla proprietaria perché a loro da fastidio il rumore dei motori esterni. Abbiamo soggiornato d’estate e quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte per non soffocare, senza zanzariere, esposti ai più disparati rumori fin dall’alba. Il letto era oltretutto molto scomodo.

Bel endroit et les Dolomites sont magiques mais annonce mensongère par les photos proposées

L'endroit est agréable, au milieu des pommiers. Point d'accès facile aux autoroutes pour visiter les magnifiques coins des Dolomites. Région magnifique.

L'hôte ne sait pas communiquer ni en Français, ni en Anglais. Ce qui est très dommage car pas possible de sympathiser. Les photos sur booking montre en fait deux logements. Un avec une terrasse plus au calme que l'autre qui est en bordure de chemin caillou ou il y a beaucoup de passage de voiture et tracteur pour les pommiers ... Nous avons donc été très déçu d'avoir celui qui était en bordure de chemin car avec le chien qui était souvent dérangé, c'était clairement moins agréable que l'autre terrasse au calme. Sur l'annonce, on ne voit d'ailleurs pas cette information. Pour moi c'est une annonce mensongère... Vous pensez louer un logement avec terrasse au calme et finalement non... Très dommage car sinon l'environnement et l'emplacement sont très bien.

Gemoedelijk appartement tussen de appels

Het huisje was ruim, modern en comfortabel ingericht. Fijne bedden, mooie badkamer en keuken. Fijn terras buiten. Frau Matha was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, stond altijd klaar als we vragen hadden. Er is geen omheinde tuin, dus het is wel opletten op de hond. Het appartement aan de achterzijde van het huis heeft meer privacy, dat ligt echter wel meer in de middagzon. Qua locatie perfect, landelijke ligging , dicht bij de snelweg en alle mooie plekken in het gebied tussen Bozen en Meran. Geweldige omgeving.

We hadden iets meer uitzicht verwacht, dat was een beetje beperkt door de prachtige appelboomgaarden, we hadden dat vooraf zelf niet goed ingeschat.

Idyllische Unterkunft zwischen den Apfelbäumen

Eine schöne, ruhige Lage in den Apfelbäumen. Sehr nette Gastgeber mit 2 herzigen Hunden. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero eccellente, la Sig.ra è gentilissima.

L'appartamento è modernissimo Il piano ad induzione rende veloci i pranzi e le cene Il letto è morbido e spazioso La cucina ha molti cassetti dove riporre le vettovaglie e i prodotti Il forno a microonde rende molto veloci le preparazioni La posizione per vedere i Mercatini di Natale è eccezionale. In Auto a 10min si arriva a Bolzano e in 20min a Merano A circa 1Km (Terlano) c'è una colonnina ad alta potenza 100kw (anche se funzionava a 30kw) per la ricarica dell'auto elettrica.

Mi piacerebbe trovare una macchina da caffè a cialde tipo dolcegusto/nespresso C'è già la predisposizione e penso che a breve ci sarà anche la lavatrice. In inverno per fare due passi dopo cena è molto buio anche se la signora ha messo le luci sull'abitazione però la strada non è illuminata essendo in mezzo ai meleti

Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen möchten.

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Unsere 2 Hunde waren sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist wunderschön ruhig mitten in Apfelfeldern und dennoch war es nicht weit zum Ort. Auch zentral zwischen Bozen und Meran. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.
