Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, friendly staff.

Service at the swimming pool is extremely poor and clearly understaffed. You can easily wait 30 minutes to be served, and there is no dedicated person consistently paying attention to guests or taking orders. It was so bad that I had to make several trips to the bar myself just to get service. There should be a dedicated staff member assigned only to the pool area, responsible for taking orders, passing them to the bar, and delivering food and drinks to guests. The same person should not take your order and then disappear to get towels, open umbrellas, or perform other unrelated tasks. Those duties should be handled by other staff, or at the very least only after waiting guests have been served. The physical setup also makes no sense. Instead of opening the window between the pool area and the bar so that orders can be passed through efficiently, the server has to open a small gate and then a glass door every time they need to place an order, and then go through the same process again when returning with a tray. This makes an already understaffed service unnecessarily slow and inefficient.

The most stunning pool, the beautiful and opulent room. Gorgeous gardens and super clean. Great location in walking distance of the town.

The service at the pool, the drinks were not value for money at all. Room was often only serviced at 4pm. Also that they charged us for 5 days parking for a 4 night stay.

It felt like it was the only Villa for miles

Loved the attentive service, marvelous food, friendly staff, great pool area, and very private patio off of our room.

Pricy, well appointed rooms are a too small.
