Excellent hotel for exploring Provence by car

Awesome hotel. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Ideal for a holiday in Provence when exploring by car. There is free parking at the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. 10 min drive to Aix

The AC in the hotel struggled a bit. It was 40 C when we were there. But we managed by keeping the curtains drawn to prevent the room from warming up. Didn't get uncomfortable.

Staff entered our room, despite our request not to.

free parking, front desk staff were friendly but unable to resolve issues

Bed was was very hard and uncomfortable, shower configuration was awkward, restaurant is not open on weekends, fridge in the room is too small and doesn’t work well. After our first night, despite having the card that says don’t enter on our door, a staff member still entered our room while we were out. We only noticed because dishes were removed, and our window had been opened, and left open all day. Staff were informed, and they said they would look into it. I followed up with them both mornings before we had to check out, both times they were not aware and I had to re-explain the situation. Ultimately they were unable to tell us who had accessed our room, and why they had ignored the sign. I was then asked what I wanted from the hotel, I asked what my choices were, and was told there was nothing they could do for me. One staff member noted that it was possibly the kitchen staff that entered to collect dishes. If they needed the dishes that badly, they could have called, and we would have brought them down. This is still no reason to enter our room against request. I would avoid using or recommending this hotel in the future, based on security and customer service concerns.

Privilege Room with a double bed for 2 persons: Polite, professional, multilingual, approachable suff. Clean coffee machine. Lovely balcony. Modifiable lightning is a pleasant bonus. Good location near railway station. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Merci beaucoup.✨👌

Very comfortable bed and linens. Modern and refreshing design. Quiet location. Very good (free) tea, from a quality brand as we found the shop in the city. We loved the idea of getting water from a fountain in reusable bottles.

Not much space to take out the dog within the facility. Only within parking area or outside which becomes very busy during weekdays since the hotel is located within an office estate

We paid a lot for late check out (from 11 to 15) usually in other hotels 4 star you pay from 13 and let you stay until 16. We needed to sleep because we were travelling by car from Italy to Spain and arriveded late at night, but unless we put “do not disturb” and we paid for late check out, they woke us up at 7 for noise, at 8 because the fire alarm was ringing and nobody told us what was happening if real danger or not (probably someone smoking in the room), at 11 asking to clean the room. The room conditioning is centralized. No slippers, only one towel, wc in a separate room as old french habit.
