The house is located in a small town, very spacious and comfortable, with stylish décor. The recreation area with a pool is small but perfectly adequate. The kitchen equipment is basic but adequate.
Communication problems with the house management. One of the beds upstairs, made of metal, had broken bars. The repair involved simply shoring up the bars, which wasn't enough. Unfortunately, the bed and bedroom were out of use. Lack of precise marking of where to take the garbage out of the house after its sorting.
