Besides the negativity it’s was good.

The kitchen facilities were very good plenty of cooking equipment free tea and coffee big fridge.room very big and bonus couch to sit on.nice quiet area and easy walk to shops restaurants Padang warungs etc.

Some guests like the cats and dogs as I do but you cannot leave the door open for fresh air and some light as the room is dark and as soon as the door is opened the animals make themselves at home on the bed and couch leaving a dog small and cat hair. Minor problems for some but a pain for others. Also pic shows pool but that is next door villa.

Comfortable room in the heart of Seminyak in the company of a very friendly and helpful host

The host, Sherry, was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Had the entire second floor to myself (in addition to the company of 2 cats) and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning.

The larger environment: the alley leading to the main road flooded after each heavy rain (luckily the host had shown me another way), guests staying at a neighbor's place were very loud till 2 am one night (but the host talked to the neighbor the following morning), sounds from construction sites nearby (though that's normal of almost everywhere in Bali), etc.

An amazing homestay! It felt like a home away from home. Thanks to everyone for making my visit so memorable. Fantastic location a short walk away from one of the main streets in Seminyak. Beach also within walking distance. Excellent communication with host. I will miss the animals, they are the sweetest in the whole of Bali!

Home away from home

Lovely home stay with the cutest animals that really make you feel at home. Our room was very clean and spacious with a great balcony and air con. The shared kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals and the property is well located near to some great restaurants and shops. We will miss the company of the animals for the rest of our travels!

Peaceful place

The homestay is very peaceful with nice common areas and lovely welcoming pets. Well located, near the beach. The host gave us precious advice for food and visits. We enjoyed our stay.

Central and Peaceful

The location is very central, in a quiet area and with many options of restaurants, cafes, shops and local products, a few steps from there. The owner gave us several tips on where to eat, spas and helped us with information related to the temples in the region and even to find a guide. But the best thing for me was to have Sydney, Leo and Poppy ! How delicious to have them around! A dose of daily love 💕

Exceptional

It’s a homy peaceful Safe hidden oasis if you wanna relax and rest after some day sightseeing in the busy semiyak center. I think The host puts lots of love to this place! I like her fluffy cats 🐱! Highly recommended! Thanks for everything and I had a wonderful stay!

Very affordable

Good location, very affordable, air con in rooms and a mosquito net on the bed. Bathroom was also nice

Superb

room was simple but clean. it had a wardrobe, mirror, working fan and ac, a safe and mosquito net around the bed. the bathroom was nice. the cats at the house were super friendly and cute. we loved our stay and the location was great. staff were very helpful and we wished we could have stayed longer. perfect for people on a budget

Stop looking - you've found the perfect place to stay.

First off, if you're looking for a comfortable location in the heart of seminyak that is simultaneously peaceful (no traffic or noise pollution), this is the place to be. Shari is an incredible host. Not only that, she had great recommendations for restaurants, spas, and bars all around seminyak - you won't google a thing as long as you're with her. She's also very personable and has the cutest critters, including turtles! Will be coming back when we're in the area.

The location is close to the main streets, and can be used to travel by bike to nearby cities, like Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu. Approx. distances 30 km.

PARADISE IN SEMINYAK

Shari’s place is like heaven in the heart of the crazy Seminyak. This lovely typical Balinese house is a quiet place with a garden and a tons of différents animals which are the best for cuddles. I’ve been in both of the bedrooms which are really nice and super clean as well for the bathroom and the kitchen which if fully available. thank you again Shari for making my stay more enjoyable and of course for you caring about me when I was hurt ! see you soon !

Feels homey, with a good location to the beach

We enjoyed staying at Shalana, we even extended with 2 more days our stay. It is a simple house, but with a homey feeling, and a good location being 10 min walk to the beach. The host has good recommendation for massage (we did a great massage which was way superior to others in the same area) and places to eat. At Shalana there are2 lovely dogs and 2 very friendly cats, animal lovers would enjoy so much their stay here.

Very good

Shari is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on all things Bali & Indonesia. She also has great tips for massage places and beauty salons. The location is very convenient if you're looking to stay in an area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It's on a quiet road yet very close to a busy street that goes to Double Six Beach.

The stay was different from what I expected

The location was good and the owner was friendly. You can use the kitchen to prepare food and coffee and tea. There is water for free.

It's a B&B. The owner entered my room without asking and turned off the aircon in the daytime. The owner closes the door of the house at 11 pm. If you tell her you go out and will be back late she leaves the door open. Before you take a shower you have to switch a button outside and after you took a shower you have to switch the button off. There is a VERY unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the bathroom was old and dirty. Furthermore you have to like dogs and cats because the owner has a few of them and they walk into your room as soon as you open your door.
