Rat in room door digital card reader making loud noises all night long I couldn't sleep over and over again maintenances does not know how to fix it. Cleaning staff not helpful play.games and waste your time old room shower flooding avoid

I'm glad I wasn't there for more than 1 night
The room was cheap. I was only there for one night.
Upon arrival there was no one there to check in. After waiting for 45 mins while unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with OYO (as there was no direct contact info for the hotel) another guest passed by and said it was the same for her. OYO were useless, just automatic responses and nothing helpful. After searching the property I luckily found an old receipt for a guests stay lying around which had a local number across the top. After calling the number the lady that picked up told me the key was on the top of the electric meter for another room. Apparently I was meant to psychically figure this out. Also the duvet and the sheets were dirty. Either they hadn't been washed or they needed to be thrown out and new ones bought. And no furniture on the balcony. If you're going to have a balcony you might as well put something to sit on out there at least.

so many garbage and dust under bed like picture. toilet chair is dirty and old Scary to sit down. A man next door left one day later, I also left but no refund for two day I didn't stay.
