Peaceful.

Have stayed here before in the past but it was under a different name. Choose to stay here because of the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak/Kerobokan.

The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi speed. You could tell when the hotel was fully booked. WiFi speed would drop. Trying to watch Netflix or Prime Video was undoable.

Reasonable short stay option

Convenient location, easy check-in, unlimited complementary drinking water available. Large room with kitchen / living area and good bathroom. Good price.

Noisy guests each evening during our stay. TV & Gas cooker not working and fridge leaking water. General cleanliness not the best.

Comfortable room for a few nights just don’t do laundry!

Our room was very spacious with a big comfortable bed.

They lost a t shirt of mine doing laundry and had a to keep on at the receptionist to check(never got the t shirt back and received 0 compensation for this or the bag I gave them the laundry that he told me multiple times he’d return it). We were asked both evenings what time we’d want our breakfast to which it always came an hour and a half earlier than requested, not to much of an issue with this but feel there’s no point asking if it’s not going to come at the time asked(the breakfast was below average). No hand soap in the bathroom.

Spacious room

You only get 1 minutes of hot water. Cold showers. Air conditioning old and not strong enough. These apartments need some maintenance. Location is very bad on a busy street.

Ok place on a noisy road

The room was clean and bed was good

I went there to have a good rest before flying home. Only to be given prob the noisiest room. 101. Near the busy road and you can hear staff. You can hear the people in the room above. Which is very annoying. Woken up by sweeping sounds at 5.30/6.00am. some tiles on the floor are sharp on the edge. Where I nearly cut my foot. $75 a night no breakfast. I expected it to be a lot better.

A hotel with all the basics

the staff were very helpful and would always deal with requests very quickly. it was good to have a pool area.

the location (as is common in Seminyak) makes walking anywhere quite a challenge. Even where there are pavements, motorbikes will use them when traffic is blocked.

Had a good kitchen, quiet location. Mini convenience stores and supermarkets were near by. Big bathroom and big bed. Room was very spacious. Wifi was quite good. Staff was very friendly.

Hot water for shower was not stable. Wash basin at bathroom side, where to wash face and brush teeth was not able to be used for 10days of our stay. Reason is that faucet has static electricity shock when I touched, so was water. Water from that faucet had strong stimulation which is like chemical. As basin was next to the shower, had to worry about shower too.

A great option if you are visiting Bali - excellent rooms at value prices.

The rooms were a great size and allowed everyone to have space. Also the daily cleaning was of an exceptional high standard. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

I would have liked more local choices for meals and drinks since Sunset Mansion did not provide these inhouse.

Excellent room and superb staff making it a wonderful location and great value.

The rooms were excellent and were cleaned to a high standard every day. What was the most impressive thing was the staff who did all they could to help and were always friendly and kind. They probably went over and above what they had to do. Thankyou to all the staff for your help with my ill brother.

It is a small concern, it would have been perfect if we could have purchased food and drink there - even a daily breakfast would have been great, or if they had a bar. But they did all that they promised and that was very, very good.

There was renovations happening which was noisy..However, on the plus side...at least they are doing ongoing renovations in order to maintain the premises for future customers. Overall I would recommend this place

Strong noise from the road. The staff enters the room without permission, just after three knocks on the door. Dirty floors with hair. For our cost of 450,000 idr, we expected better.

Good be a good hotel if the money was invested in maintenance

The room is big, same for the pool, the staff is really polite and nice.

The pool is dirty, very bad wifi (had to change room to be able to connect). furniture are pretty used. For example our sink was stuck and it took almost a week to fix.

Тараканы (мертвый на полу ванной и живые бегающие по стенам), ужасно грязные полотенца, шторы, испорченные ротанговые кресла и лежаки, грязный бассейн, кафель на полу отходит, не вытяжка, а реактивный двигатель. Отель очень старый, плохо за ним следят. Уборка номеров будит в 9 утра, просто заходят в комнату. Ждали свой номер до 3:30, хотя заезд в 3, что и так позже чем во всех отелях, хотя выезд также до 12. Это точно не 4-звездочный отель, максимум 2 звёзды. Нужна реновация, нужно травить тараканов, что-то делать с огромным количество комаров (это был 11-ый по счету отель на Бали и 3-ий в Семиньяке, нигде столько комаров не было).

La struttura in sé per sé è bella, dico a livello visivo, ma ci sono tante cose da migliorare e soprattutto da pulire! Alla fine è un 4 stelle!!! Persona estremamente gentile

Struttura molto sporca e tanto trascurata! Bagni sporchi, tendaggi sporchi, stanze con muri sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto spegnere il condizionatore perché ogni volta che lo accedevamo avevamo come una sorta di allergia, poi abbiamo visto meglio ed era davvero molto sporco!!! Colazione a buffet da dimenticare, davvero pessima, orari non rispettati, i piatti sporchi dei vari clienti messi per terra in una specie di laboratorio/cucina! Alcuni giorni l’abbiamo saltata comprando delle cose da un supermercato vicino, altri invece ci siamo limitati ad una fetta di pane tostato con marmellata confezionata! Struttura un po’ fuori mano, ma con una passeggiata si arriva in centro. Comunque sono rimasto estremamente deluso…Non mi aspettavo questo da un 4 stelle!!!!

Czysto i bardzo cicho.Apartament duży z aneksem kuchennym z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Wszędzie blisko do sklepów,kawiarni, restauracji. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel, szczególnie Agung Firman. Jak była jakaś awaria to reagował natychmiast i skutecznie.Serdeczny i miły człowiek.

Przydałby się mały remont,żeby wszystko odświeżyć
