Parking private aleays available for the apartment, self check in, good communication with the host, big apartment and well equipped, the terrace was big and nice

The apartment is not very clean.

Free private parking.

Noisy as the property is just beside the road. noisy neighbours too. Heaters cannot operate till November. The floor was sticky and dirty. Many used toilet paper under bed.

The apartment was spacious with a big balcony suitable for 4-5 persons. The house is near to the Rapallo center.

The drive to the house is not the easiest thing and one needs to pay special attention to the GPS instructions with no safe results always.... Locating the house is difficult. Chek-in was also tricky, we had to wait half an hour outside waiting for Pamela to show up. We were not satisfied with the cleaniness.

We felt like home. clean and sparkling. Kitchen and roomes were very well equipped. We had a free parking as well. And the lady (host) was very kind.

L'appartement est très propre. Rapport qualité/prix correct. Parking.

La proximité d'une route avec beaucoup de circulation génère un bruit de fond incessant. Donc pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit et les ventilateurs faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Des brasseurs d'air seraient une bonne option. La petite terrasse est bien à l'abri des regards mais peu utilisable à cause du bruit.

Fantastico da ritornarci sicuramente.

Posizione alloggio ottima 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, fuori dal traffico di Rapallo. Alloggio ottimamente arredato e servito di libri e DVD per intrattenimento nel tempo libero. Io e la mia famiglia lo terremo in considerazione sicuramente per un prossimo viaggio. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio richiesto in fase di prenotazione compreso nel prezzo del pernotto. Grazie di cuore. Saluti cordiali.

Eventuale indicazione per un bar a colazione ben fornito di domenica mattina ad un prezzo accettabile nel caso non si usufruisca della cucina dell alloggio.
