Beautiful Apartment D7 Central Pattaya

Clean and away from main roads and noise

Very private. It is in a very good area whereas where there's plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping etc. It only takes an averaged of 2-5 minutes for taxis to arrive.

I liked everything about the property.

Appartement geboekt via Bookingcom Gebouw D 7e etage. Mooie woning van 60 m2 met een grote, schone badkamer. Grote spiegels in het huis. Mooie vloer. Balkon ook groot. Er zijn 2 liften per gebouw aanwezig. De gebouwen zien er aan de buitenkant verouderd uit, van binnen zien ze er mooi verzorgd uit. Grote ruime gangen. Het lijkt net op een kasteel van binnen. Het resort is een rustige omgeving waar vooral senioren zitten. Je moet hier niet zijn voor chaos en drukte. Savonds en snachts is het lekker rustig hier. Het zwembad is geweldig groot. De ligbedden zien er ook goed uit, mag er wel meer zijn. Locatie is goed, 2 km van Central Pattaya. De omgeving is ook gezellig. Eetkraampjes en muziektenten. 7/11 is 5 min lopen. Er is ook een wasserete 5 min lopen. Het ligt wat in een rustigere gedeelte van Pattaya. Savonds is het er lekker rustig. Het is echt lekker rustig en stil savonds en in de nacht. Dat is echt een pluspunt. Er wonen vooral senioren in de omgeving, dus het is geen drukke chaos savonds en overdag. Zwembad is erg groot en het ziet er goed verzorgd uit.

Niks. 2 paar handdoeken was beetje te weinig. Misschien 3 paar klaarzetten voor een week verblijf. Kamers zijn een beetje horig. Je hoort de buren tv kijken of luid praten. Je kan niet luid muziek opzetten of gaan zingen in je kamer. Buren kunnen er last van krijgen. Het is geen woning om gezellig mensen uit te nodigen voor een feestje. Savonds is het te rustig. Geen bar open van het appartementencomplex. Wel lekker rustig, maar ook een beetje saai.

The apartment is quite good with all the facilities that are available in the complex. Nothing is missing from being a small studio - actually it is better equipped than other units I stayed at in this city. This place is ideal for those who would enjoy being in a quite and remote place. Looks like the whole complex is a favourite of retired people who enjoy staying all day by the pool.

It is important to notice that this is a single apartment in a large complex that is owned by an individual. The phone number provided in the booking confirmation belongs to the owner, who happens to be living in Europe, so the key collection was a bit cumbersome. The communication was with another person, and the number was provided by the owner after multiple calls. Another key important fact to pay attention to is the location. This apartment is situated quite remote from the beach and main attractions if you plan to walk around or use the widely available shared commuter cars in Pattaya. you have to rely on a rented bike/car or use bolt taxi cars. The unit was super clean when I got the key. I recognized that there was an additional charge of 800 THB for cleaning. Wasn't sure what was that for, but I didn't receive any cleaning during my 10 days stay. I disliked the fact that an additional charge is applied for electricity and water for my short stay. It was mentioned in the booking reservation (after I checked all the details again), but I needed to wait for the person at check out to handover the charge in cash based on the meter readings that was presented to me with hand writing!! there is no way to verify those reading especially when you are in a hurry to catch your air plane. It would be highly appreciable to add an average fix cost to the daily rate - especially this is a studio unit with relatively low potential consumption. Sure for a longer stay of several months such arrangement might sound needed.
