Place was clean, aircon was great, internet worked well. Had all necessary basic kitchen equipment.
Keycard kept failing to work in elevator (very annoying). Bed was very small (necessary to fit in the very small room). Communication wasn't great = had to 'chase' the woman for arrival info and on checkout I had no instructions so we put both keycard in the wrong mailbox. Apologies if this affected the next occupant but we had three apartments booked and only had checkout instructions from one. So many people coming and going in this huge complex that it felt more like a train station rather than an apartment complex. Rooms were very small and basic but did the job. No laundry service readily available which meant bedsheets and towels were not changed for 12 night stay. No daily coffee, water etc. No bar or restaurant on the property, including on rooftop pool.
