Clean, comfy, well maintenance apartment building, well equip room (got washing machine, toaster, microwave, TV with netflix open account, etc), and near to our event venue.
Its surround by night life area, sometimes we heard a loud music from the street far behind the apartment building. The induction stove already outdated, can't use for cooking, too long to be hot.

Everything, location, apartment and the kindness of the owner (Peter). He has been the best host and would love to give him 10/10 for his politeness, promptness and kindness. The apartment was absolutely clean and loved the facilities:)
