Our experience was excellent. Even before we arrived, Samantha was always attentive, answering our questions and helping us with everything we needed. When we arrived, the rest of the staff was also wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything.
The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. There was no noise, so we were able to rest and truly enjoy our stay. The location was also great, with many beautiful beaches nearby. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The only issue we experienced was a temporary problem with the water tanks. At one point, the water had an unpleasant smell due to the disinfectant used in the tanks and because the water had not been replenished quickly enough. We reported it, and the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue. After that, everything was perfect and we had no further problems.

Enjoyed happy hour! Well received by the host attendant (helpful, attentive to safety precautions, pleasant and respectful). The room was very clean and the water pressure excellent.
The facility was cuts a bight too tight and it doesn't look no where near in person as it does online. The yard was not too appealing.

Power went off at night time for about 5 hours ! The property didn’t have generators no back up option .. eg no portable fan , no flashlight etc
