The staff there is incredible! They were fast, responsive, and responsible when handling the issues in our previous rooms. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor and it’s much more modern and clean compared to the rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the 6th floor are definitely worth the price! Had a wonderful staycation and wfh days there!
When we first got our room on the 3rd floor, there was a cockroach and the room felt a bit damp and dark, and it felt like they didn’t pay much attention cleaning the nooks and crannies. Thankfully they moved us to the 6th floor room!

The room was spacious, breakfast was good and staffs were friendly.
The front desk staff could not understand simple English and I had a hard time trying to communicate with him. Wanted to feedback to him that there was a big lizard clawing in the room and hopefully he can get the cleaning staff to remove the insect.

Overall the location was ideal and the room was spacious.
There is a big TV in the room but it wasn't working at all. Called the receptionist about the issue but nothing was done by the staff. So sad...no TV to watch during the stay.
