They were so patience managing our booking eventho it was last minutes booking. They also smilling and make our worst day better as we were cancelled by previous hotel. And when we come to this hotel, we are so happy with their service and shout out to the 2 of receptionist on that night.

The staff from the security to the maid and the restaurant was very accommodating. Housekeeping always makes my day. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

It's the second time in one week I booked this hotel.
The staff's excellent service
The bed linen
The breakfast options menu but when I back I noticed I found the same menu.
My son left his NPWP card the last time we stayed but nobody messaged me or called me. If we nor come back maybe they will not let us know until I back to Australia.
The drainage in the shower area has to be repaired because the water shower spread outside the shower area.
No face towel available hand towel or spare facial tissue in the bathroom
