Wonderfully quiet and serene property, fabulous breakfast, hosts were friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach, rooms were clean and comfortable.

We arrived very late after a long flight and taxi ride, and were welcomed by friendly host Thushara. The room was spotlessly clean and simple but comfortable. The waffles breakfasts were amazing, so were the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The evening meals (we asked about these as it's not a regular restaurant) we had were outstanding, possibly the best Sri Lankan curries we had in 3 weeks in the country, the chef is amazing there! Our hosts were really lovely and helped us with tuktuks to get to the surf at Weligama, and organised an amazing ayurvedic body massage for us in the wellness room at the hotel too. The location a short walk from Coconut beach was ideal. We had a great stay.

On a 5 night stay, it would have been nice to be offered a clean set of towels for the room. The bathroom window didn't quite shut, so we got extra mosquitoes coming in.

Difficilmente penso di tornare in un posto in cui sono già stata. Qui, in questa struttura e in questa zona della costa tornerei molto volentieri. 4 giorni di puro relax. Colours of life home è una struttura piccola e raccolta, circondata dal verde e immersa nei rumori della natura. Stanza semplice, molto ampia, dotata di tutto ciò che serve: letto comodo con zanzariera, piccola scrivania, armadio comodo. Bagno nuovo con acqua calda. Esternamente uno spazio dove rilassarsi la sera e lasciar asciugare gli indumenti del mare. La zona comune/ristorante è molto accogliete. I ragazzi dello staff di una gentilezza incredibile: sempre attenti, sorridenti, disponibili, oltre al loro lavoro. Una ulteriore nota di merito: la cucina di Dinesh è squisita. Ho cenato sempre qui anche se lungo la strada ci sono numerose ristoranti. Sono stata benissimo. La Wi-Fi funziona bene. Il mare dista 200 metri. Comodissimo

We stayed in one of the upstairs family rooms which was really nice, plenty of space for storage with fridge and private balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food was amazing, breakfasts pancakes, fruit bowls good coffee fresh barbecued fish and curries all excellent. The owners and staff were lovely to us, nothing was too much trouble, including giving us all the local advice we needed and organising necessary transport and they really went the extra mile to make our stay one we we will not forget. The location is a stones throw from the surfing beach at coconuts and a five minute walk up the beach is a beautiful secluded sandy cove perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
